You must learn to let go of the stress that others may pass on to you from time to time. If you feel stressed because of something said to you, let go of it. Refuse to let the frustrations of others drag you down, don’t let them dump their frustration on you.

A quick way of doing this is to immediately set up a psychic shield, a thought barrier that will prevent their negative aura reaching you.

You can do this in many ways, according to your mood, nature and fancy. For example you may wish to picture yourself inside a huge rose pink bubble that can only let love and light through to you. You could erect a mental barrier in front of you that reflects all negative thoughts away from you.

Imagine your barrier to be real. What is it made of? Is it hard or soft? Is it metal? Is it a shield of light? Is it hot or cold? What color is it?

Practice conjuring up a picture of your personal psychic shield as often as you can. In a very short time you will find that you can erect your barrier in an instant. It can be used in any stressful situation to deflect harmful vibes away from yourself.

Try it often, you will be pleasantly surprised at how well this works.
